Let me tell you a little bit about me. I’m originally from a small town in Michigan, and I am the oldest and only girl of four children. I wish I could say I had a love for makeup at an early age, but I was a huge tomboy and my interest in colors and anything makeup related didn’t come until after I was a teenager. I am a minimalist at heart and my interest in makeup didn’t blossom until after I became an adult and realized the power a little mascara and a bold lip could have.
One of the most rewarding feelings for me as a beauty professional is knowing that I helped positively impact a person’s image of themselves. To help someone see the beauty in themselves that everyone possesses. That feeling doesn’t have a price tag. I’ll never forget my aunt’s reaction when I put false eyelashes and eyebrows on her after she had just gone through a double mastectomy and a round of chemo. At the time, I didn’t realize how the impact of something I considered so minimal, could have on someone else. This is the feeling and experience I want you to have when you work with me and I want to share it with you.
I have been in the beauty industry for over 10 years in the Denver Metro area, and I can tell you about the print publications my makeup work has been featured in, or the bridal awards I have won, but the bottom line is that focus is on my clients. I love my job and I am very passionate about it, but it’s really about you. Whatever your beauty goals and concerns are, are mine as well. It’s my duty as a skincare and makeup professional to help guide you towards achieving those goals - whether it be with a new skin care regimen, makeup application tips, or having the pleasure of being a part of your team of vendors on one of the most photographed days of your life. It’s a journey I get the privilege of taking with you.
